Points of Mention

This watch is sold as watch only and therefore comes with no original box or original paperwork, the strap is not the original strap. The watch has NO service history but is running, as is the chronograph.

The Watch

This is an interesting piece, as a Service Centre Engineer, you would be required as part of your training to service, lubricate, reassemble and understand many different movements from manual wind, automatics, and quartz. This particular watch is an ETA Service Centre watch with ETA, Swiss Technology on the dial. It has been made for the purpose of increasing their knowledge through practice on this ETA 7750. They will learn how a movement is put together. A 40mm stainless steel case with a gold plated bezel. Flat mineral crystal protects a black dial with Tachymeter around the inner bezel, subdials of 30 minutes, 12 hours and 60 seconds. A day date at 3 o’clock. Baton indexes and gold detailed baton hands with a red-tipped chronograph seconds hand complete the dial.

Inside we have an Automatic ETA 7750 Beating at 28800 beats per hour.  Fitted on a black 19mm leather strap.

Personal Note

A very unusual and different watch with a cool story behind it! THE watch that watchmakers work on when learning the ETA 7750 movement. It is quite cool that isn't just a basic looking watch, it is slightly more detailed and intricate-looking.
