4. Warranty Policy
4.1 The warranty period applicable to your purchase will be clearly stated in the product listing and on the warranty card provided with your watch. This warranty period begins from the date of purchase as shown on your receipt.
4.2 Our warranty covers the mechanical movement of the watch only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any additional coverage will be outlined in the product listing or accompanying documentation. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage (unless the watch is explicitly rated for water resistance), cosmetic deterioration, or damage caused by improper use.
4.3 If your watch develops a fault within the warranty period, and the fault falls within the terms of this warranty, we will inspect and, where appropriate, repair the item free of charge within a reasonable time. If a repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4.4 The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage, insurance, and secure packaging of the watch. However, we are happy to offer guidance and support throughout the return process to ensure a smooth experience.
4.5 The warranty will be void if the watch has been opened, serviced, or repaired by any party not authorised by us. This includes third-party watchmakers, jewellers, or technicians. Any unauthorised intervention may compromise the integrity of the timepiece and will invalidate all warranty claims.
