Here we have an Unworn 2024 Venezianico Arsenale Blue 6221502C, named after the Ancient Venetian shipyard, with a 40mm tonneau-shaped case that comfortably sits on your wrist thanks to the flowing integrated bracelet and angled drilled lugs. Polished and brushed chamfer-edged flanks lead to a lug-to-lug length of 44mm and a case thickness of 9mm, giving the watch an impressive wrist presence. On the right side is a signed crown protected by crown guards. The fixed smooth bezel has an attractive coin edge, and the polished surface holds a flat sapphire crystal above the star of the show, the blue Côtes de Genève dial. An outer dark blue minute chapter ring surrounds applied polished baton indexes marking the hours. Elegant polished skeletonised hands magically catch the light as you rotate your wrist; at 12 o’clock, we have the Venezianico motif completing this distinctive two-hand dress watch. On the reverse, a screwed-down solid case back with the details of the watch engraved around its edge and an incredible engraved Venetian scene, capturing the essence of the brand. Inside an automatic Miyota Cal. 9029, 24 jewels beating at 28,800 beats per hour, this movement is part of their premium range and has hand winding and hacking seconds for your convenience.  It comes paired with its original Venezianico 24mm integrated polished and brushed stainless steel bracelet secured by a signed concealed push button butterfly clasp. This is a brand new and stickered Venezianico Arsenale, named after the Ancient Venetian shipyard and featuring a wonderful depiction of Venice on its case back. I am not opposed to open case backs, especially when there is an incredible movement inside to see, but for most brands, I think they should put more emphasis on beautiful case back designs like this Venezianico Arsenale has. This has unsurprisingly sold before it could make it live on the website, though I don't doubt I will get another on in the future as I would happily stock one again!

Venezianico is an Italian watch brand that was established in 2017 by brothers Alberto and Alessandro Morell. The inspiration to create the brand came during their time at Ca' Foscari University in Venice, where they envisioned watches that embodied the essence of their hometown while showcasing their dedication to the art of watchmaking. The brand name Venezianico is a combination of “Veneziano” (which translates to “of Venice” or “from Venice”) and the Latin suffix “-ico.” As part of their branding, the brothers selected the golden Renaissance cross atop the Clock Tower in St. Mark's Square as their emblem. This cross serves as a poignant symbol of the passage of time in Venice.
