This watch is sold with its original Zodiac presentation box. The watch is paired with its original Zodiac 20mm stainless steel bracelet with a signed double-folding clasp. The watch is from December 2019 and is sold in perfect, unworn condition, as you can see. The black dial and indexes are in perfect condition. The dual colour bezel is also in perfect condition. The watch comes with our 12-Months Warranty.

The Watch

Zodiac was founded in 1882 by Ariste Calame. Their headquarters can be found in Locle Switzerland. The name Zodiac was patented in 1908 when he started to manufacture wristwatches. In 1953 we saw the introduction of the Sea Wolf, one of the first commercial purpose-built dive watches. On October 1, 2001, Fossil Inc. purchased the worldwide rights to the Zodiac brand name for approximately $4.7 million.

Here we have an Unworn 2019 Zodiac Super Sea Wolf GMT Hodinkee ZO9402. This Limited Edition of 182 pieces is in recognition of the founding of the company in 1882, created in collaboration with Hodinkee. Inspired by the 1966 Zodiac Aerospace GMT watches with its use of colour to stand out from the crowd. The 40mm stainless steel case curves over your wrist with chamfered edges and flat-ended lugs. A lug to lug length of 48mm and a thickness of 13.5mm give the watch an impressive wrist presence. Polished and brushed surfaces transition with crisp lines. On the right side is a signed screw-down crown. The unidirectional 24-hour dual colour bezel is protected by mineral glass giving the appearance of bakelite which was used on the original, with seafoam green for the top half and the lower half in cobalt blue, this colourway is only seen on this watch. A flat sapphire crystal sits above a black dial that in certain lights has a blue-green hue to it. Applied facet edged square indexes mark the hours with lume plots on their top side. At 3 o’clock a framed date window. The baton hands have luminance infilled with a Seafoam green GMT hand that completes a full rotation of the dial every 24-hours.  On the reverse, a polished screw-down case back. Inside an Automatic ETA 2893-2, 21 jewels, 28,800 beats per hour. To adjust the GMT, unscrew the crown and pull to the first position, turning forward/clockwise adjust the GMT hand by one-hour increments. Turning the crown backwards/counter-clockwise adjusts the date. The watch comes fitted on its original Zodiac 20mm three-link stainless steel bracelet that has polished centre links and a signed double-folding clasp and comes with its Zodiac presentation box and papers.
