Frederique Constant based in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, Switzerland was founded in 1988 by Peter Stas and Aletta Stas-Bax.

The 40.5mm tonneau stainless steel case has brushed and polished surfaces that transition with crisp edges. A lug to lug length of 45mm and a thickness of 11mm ensures a comfortable fit on the wrist. On the right side, a signed crown. A stepped polished bezel holds a flat sapphire crystal with AR coating. The dark grey dial has a globe etched into it. An outer minute chapter ring has red 60,15, 30, and 45 numerals as a reference to the REDBAR connection. Applied baton indexes are filled with SuperLumiNova marking the hours. At 3 o’clock a date window. Sword’s hands are coated in the same luminescence complemented with a red sweeping seconds hand. Text is precisely printed in white with “Chronometer” in red at 6 o’clock. On the reverse, a sapphire exhibition case back with the REDBAR motif in the center. Inside an Automatic Cal. FC-303, 26 jewels, 28,800 beats per hour. The movement is a Sellita based COSC certified and decorated with perlage and circular Côtes de Genève stripes. The watch comes with its original Nautilus style 25mm brushed and polished stainless bracelet as well as a 25mm Frederique Constant leather strap. Comes with its Frederique Constant presentation box and papers.
