Here we have a 2025 Horage DecaFlux K3 Sunray Blue Automatic, an unapologetic homage to the Rolex Milguass featuring a 40mm 316LMo corrosion-resistant brushed and polished stainless steel case that sits comfortably on your wrist with fine tapered rounded lugs. Its curved brushed flanks lead to a lug-to-lug length of 46mm and a case thickness of 10mm. On the right side, a characteristic Horage knurled crown. The smooth, polished bezel holds a five-layer blue-tinted AR-coated sapphire crystal above a striking sunray blue dial. An outer minute track surrounds the applied chamfered rhodium-plated indexes filled with Super-LumiNova, marking the hours. Diamond-cut hands filled with the same lume are complemented by a distinctive blue-and-red lightning-bolt seconds hand, inspired by the iconic Rolex Milguass, highlighting its antimagnetic construction. At noon, we have the Horage motif, and at 6 o’clock, ‘DECA FLUX Chronometer Officially Certified. On the reverse, a screw-down exhibition case back is engraved along its edge with the watch's details. Inside an automatic Horage Cal. K3, 26 jewels, CoSC Certified, fitted with an antimagnetic silicon escapement and hairspring. Decorated with a dark grey finish and a Horage mosaic-patterned rotor. In 2009, Stephen Kussmaul, a former engineer at Eterna, spent three years developing the K1 Automatic movement from scratch. This marked the beginning of an amazing journey for Jonas Nydegger and Florian Serex, who founded HORAGE in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, in 2015. The Jonas-K1, later became the Array, was launched via Kickstarter. Another successful campaign followed with the launch of Multiply, which took advantage of the K1 movement's modularity. This allowed them to develop further improvements to the movement, such as the K-TOU tourbillon and K2 micro-rotor. The name HORAGE is a blend of the words HORA, which is Latin for "hour," and AGE, which refers to time in English.
