Here we have a 2025 Fears Brunswick 40.5 Jump Hour ‘Edwardian Edition’ Limited to 10 pieces, exclusively made for the Alliance of British Watch & Clockmakers British Watchmakers' Day in March 2025. The polished 40.5mm hallmarked sterling silver 925 Brunswick case draws its inspiration from a Fears pocket watch made initially in the Edwardian period. Each is individually numbered between the lugs at 12 o’clock. The watch features a traditional “onion” shaped crown, set with a flawless diamond. The smooth, polished bezel holds a flat sapphire crystal, above a stunning white, polished lacquered dial. This distinctive dial is made up of an outer black ring; at 12 o’clock, we have the hour window in white lacquer with black ink Fears “Edwin” typeface, intersecting a 60-minute railroad in black ink numerals around the centre with the Fears shaped” black minute hand. At 12 o’clock, we have the Fears motif, and at the bottom edge, “England” in black ink, completing this distinguished Edwardian-inspired dial. A solid sterling silver 925 hallmarked case back is engraved with the 7 of 10 in the centre, inside an automatic CW Cal. JJ01, this movement, based on the Sellita SW200, features a module developed in-house by Johannes Jahnke, a former master watchmaker of Christopher Ward. The watch comes paired with its 20mm Fears Maple Red, lined in Alcantara strap and a hallmarked sterling silver 925 pin buckle, plus an additional StrapTailor strap and a sterling silver 925 pin buckle. The watch comes with its original Fears slim wooden presentation box and Fears paperwork.
