2024 Rado Anniversary Edition DiaStar Original 38mm Automatic

Here we have a 2024 Rado Limited Edition DiaStar Original Automatic, inspired by their 1970s original DiaStar with a modern twist, a 38mm monochrome stainless steel and Ceramos tonneau-shaped case that provides a cushion fit on the wrist. This new material has the hardness of ceramics and the toughness of a metal alloy, giving it scratch-resistance properties. Its curved chamfer-edged flanks lead to a lug-to-lug length of 45mm and a case thickness of 12mm, giving the watch an impressive wrist presence. On the right side is a recessed signed crown. Its domed-shaped top has a concave bezel holding an interesting faceted parallel striped sapphire crystal  AR coated above a striking blue dial with a brush effect in both directions, creating a unique pattern. At 6 o’clock, there is a vertical day/date window underneath Rhodium-coloured baton hands filled with SuperLumiNova. At 12 o’clock, we have the RADO motif, at 3 o’clock “DiaStar” and at 9 o’clock “, Automatic” completes this vintage-inspired minimalist timepiece. On the reverse, a solid screw-down case back with the details of the watch engraved, inside an Automatic Rado Cal. 764 fitted with an antimagnetic Nivachron hairspring. It comes paired with its 21mm polished and brushed stainless steel bracelet secured by a signed concealed push-button clasp. This watch is sold with its original Rado box and paperwork.
