The Watch

Here we have a 2023 Nodus Sector GMT Blue Automatic SEC-GMT-PAC with a 38mm brushed and polished 316L stainless steel case, a gentle curve of the drilled lugs floats over your wrist with a lug-to-lug length of 47mm and a case thickness of 12.5mm ensuring a comfortable fit. Inspired by the sector dial watches of the past, with a pleasing contemporary modern interpretation, using modern components. Bevel lines along its flanks transition with crisp edges. On the right side is a signed screw-down crown with deep knurling to help with the grip. The polished and sun-ray brushed smooth bezel holds a flat sapphire crystal AR coating on the underside. An outer minute chapter ring is split in silver and yellow marking the AM and PM hours. An attractive blue sector dial is made up of radial brushing and applied Arabic numeral indexes coated in Super-LumiNova BGW9 Grade A mark the hours. An inner 24-hour ring has small numerals coated in lume. At 6 o’clock we have a date window. The steel baton hands are filled with Super-LumiNova BGW9 Grade A complemented by a sweeping tapered second hand and an orange GMT hand. The contrast between the blue and the orange and yellow is quite striking. At 12 o’clock we have the NODUS motif and Sector printed underneath. On the reverse a screw-down case back with an engraved circular geometric pattern engraved in the centre, inside an automatic Seiko Cal. NH34, 24 jewels, 21,600 beats per hour. The movement has hacking and hand winding for your convenience. The watch comes paired with its 20mm NODUS leather strap and a pin buckle, and the watch comes with its NODUS presentation box and papers.
