Here we have a 2022 Zeroo T4 The Archer Full Skeleton Tourbillon Red has a 41.5mm 316L stainless steel tonneau case that curves over your wrist with screwed lugs, a lug-to-lug length of 48mm and a case thickness of 13mm giving the watch an impressive wrist presence. The distinct skeletonised construction is clearly inspired by the Richard Mille RM 012, the open spaces are filled with sapphire crystal to add strength and are visually pleasing, and polished and brushed surfaces transition with crisp lines around the case. On the right side, we have a signed crown with a red ring, and the smooth brushed top surface holds a curved sapphire crystal above a stunning skeletonised Tourbillon dial. The outer 60-minute chapter ring supports a series of rings and structural bars in black PVD and red print above the movement highlighting its constituent parts. The text consists of the left upper corner "The Archer", the lower left corner "Full Skeleton", the upper right "Tourbillon T4" and finally the lower right corner "Limited Edition". At 12 o’clock we have the Zeroo motif and at 6 o’clock "SYUU Design", large skeletonised sword hands have LumiNova tips completing this striking two-hander timepiece. On the reverse, a screwed-down exhibition case back showcasing the skeletonised manually wound Tourbillon Cal.ZT01 beating at 28,800 beats per hour, the hollowed-out structure shows the twin mainspring and the beating Tourbillon rotates the escapement just as Breguet had intended, you can see the magic happening from all sides of the case. The watch comes fitted on a 26mm cut red rubber strap with a signed push-button released deployment clasp to fit a 7-inch wrist plus an additional red uncut rubber strap and the watch comes with its Zeroo presentation box and paperwork.
When this watch was presented to me originally I was intrigued... How good can a Tourbillion be that will be priced under £2,000? So my expectation was low, so once in hand and inspected closely I was very impressed to see clean finishing, substantial build quality and most importantly the watch is very comfortable on the wrist. Zeroo has shocked me, especially at the price point, so if this is something you'll enjoy then book an appointment and come see it for yourself.
