The Watch

Here we have a 2022 Nomos Club Campus Deep Pink 728 with a 36mm highly polished stainless steel case, elegant tapered lugs with a lug-to-lug length of 48.5mm and a case thickness of just 8mm ensure a comfortable fit on your wrist. On the right side is a signed crown. A polished bezel holds a flat sapphire crystal above a stunning Deep pink California dial, and an outer 60-minute track is printed with small Arabic numerals. The hour indexes are a mixture of Arabic numerals, Roman numerals, and batons coated in SuperLumiNova, this combination makes the dial stand out from the crowd. At 6 o’clock, a recessed small seconds with a vibrant orange hand, slender Rhodium-plated sword hands with SuperLumiNova infill complete this exciting dial. Printed at 12 o’clock “Nomos Glashutte”. On the reverse, a screw-down case back with the details of the watch around its edge, inside a manually wound Nomos Cal. ALPHA, 17 jewels, 21,600 beats per hour, this is their first in-house movement, decorated with blued screws, Glashütte ribbing and NOMOS perlage. The watch comes paired with two 20mm straps with a signed buckle and comes with its NOMOS presentation box and paperwork.

Nomos was founded in 1990, just after the reunification of Germany happened with the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the USSR. Based in the Glashutte region, it takes inspiration from the Bauhaus design movement. To have Glashutte on the dial, Nomos has to meet stringent quality standards. They must create at least 50% of the watch calibre in Glashutte to receive the title of being a true Glashutte watch. They only use in-house manufactured movements built up to 95% in the region, surpassing that requirement.
