2022 Marloe Sceptre Commander Black Automatic 42mm

Here we have a 2022 Marloe Sceptre Commander Black Automatic. The watch is inspired by the Royal Navy and has many elements that improve upon their successful Solent model. Featuring a 42mm matte-blasted stainless steel round case that curves over your wrist with thick, angled, chamfered-edged flat-ended lugs. The distinctive matte-blasted curved flanks lead to a lug-to-lug length of 48.5mm and a case thickness of 12.5mm, giving the watch an impressive wrist presence. On the right side, a signed screw-down crown with deep knurling for grip. The bi-directional 60-click bezel features angled facet-edged knurling for grip and engraved arrows at the hour. A flat sapphire crystal AR coating on both sides sits above a matte Navy Blue dial, which changes from almost black to the dark tones of blue. A sloping outer minute chapter ring with contrasting white numerals and orange accents creates a bowl effect and surrounds hour markers and pips in white. The polished, blue-outlined hands are lume-filled and complemented by a yellow and white sweeping second-hand. The text is finely printed in white at 12 o’clock and at 6 o’clock ‘Sceptre 20 Atmospheres’ with “British Design” printed on the bottom edge. On the reverse, a screw-down exhibition case back with the details of the watch around its orange coloured inner edge. Inside an automatic Miyota 9039, 24 jewels, 28,800 beats per hour. This movement features hacking and Parashock anti-shock. It comes paired with its original 22mm Marloe quick-release canvas strap and signed pin buckle. This watch is sold with its original Marloe box and paperwork.
