2022 Farer Durham Cushion Case Salmon Dial 38.5mm

Here, we have a curvaceous 2022 Farer Durham Salmon Dial with a 38.5mm polished stainless steel three-part Cushion Case that gently curves over your wrist thanks to the thick tapered lugs, and a lug-to-lug length of 44mm and a case thickness of 10.5mm ensure a comfortable fit. On the right side, a coin-edged bronze capped signed crown. The bevel-edged bezel holds a sapphire crystal above a stunning Salmon and slate grey sector dial. An outer minute track surrounds a floating slate grey ring with applied Roman numeral and baton indexes marking the hours, elegant black sword hands sit above a recessed concentric circular sub-second dial, and at noon, we have the Farer motif completing this sophisticated dress watch. On the reverse a screwed-down exhibition case back with the details of the watch engraved around its edge, inside a manually wound Sellita Cal. SW216-1 Elaboré, 24 jewels, beating at 28,800 beats per hour, decorated with blued screws and elaborate engraving. The watch comes with its quick-release 20mm Farer leather strap with a signed pin buckle and its Farer presentation box, swing tag and paperwork.

Farer offers incredible value for money on their watches brand new, so once they become pre-owned like this one, the value is even more attractive. This is the Farer Durham and it is one of my favourite releases from Farer in recent years, the tone of the dial is fantastic and contrasts beautifully against the hands and Roman numerals.
