MING is a collective formed and fully funded by six enthusiasts from around the world. The founder is Ming Thein, a photographer, designer, and business strategist. They all have a love for watches based in Malaysia.
Here we have a 2021 Ming Extra-Flat 27.01 with a 38mm polished stainless steel case. The thick curved sculpted lugs with a lug to lug length of 43mm and a thickness of just 6.9mm ensures a comfortable fit on your wrist. The case middle has been milled out for a distinctive look. The watch has a limited run of 125 pieces.
On the right side, a signed crown. A soft-edged bezel holds a sapphire crystal with an AR coating on the inside. Its duel toned grey dial has etched lines on the outer ring marking the hours. Elegantly sculpted skeletonised hands complete this stunning dial. On the reverse, a screwed-down exhibition case back. Inside a Manually Wound Manually Wound ETA 7001, 17 jewels, 21,600 beats per hour. The movement has been completely reworked by Schwarz-Etienne all of the mobile parts are in high relief giving you a unique view into the workings of the movement.
