It expanded from selling in-house watch accessories into an online retail platform featuring independent and micro-brand timepieces. Featuring a vintage-proportioned 38mm 316L stainless steel case that sits beautifully on the wrist with a lug-to-lug length of 48mm and a case thickness of 12mm. Paulin was founded by the Paulin sisters in 2013, based in Great Western Road, Glasgow, where they have their workshop, office, studio and shop. Started out by designing and assembling high-quality, design-focused watches, sourcing parts from around the world, including Miyota and Seiko movements and where it is possible they use British manufacturers. This then led to the creation of a wall clock and floor lamp, which expanded into leather goods. The business has expanded to Stockbridge, Edinburgh, where they have a space for local artists to show off their creations. Since 2024, they have been acquired by AnOrdain, which is founded by her husband Lewis Heath, now based in a new purpose-built factory in Glasgow.
