Here we have a 2020 Helm Komodo Automatic Orange 300M Diver, named after the Indonesian island of Komodo, home to the famous Komodo Dragon and a rich diversity of marine life in the surrounding tropical waters. Featuring a brushed 316L stainless steel case, tested in accordance with ISO 6425:2018 standards, that curves over your wrist with thick tapered drilled lugs. Its curvaceous flanks lead to a lug-to-lug length of 47mm and a case thickness of 14.5mm, giving the watch an impressive wrist presence. At 3 o’clock, a screw-down, deep-knurled, signed crown is protected by integrated crown guards for added strength. The unidirectional 120-click 316L stainless steel bezel features deep knurling for grip and a black PVD-coated dive insert with BGW9 Super-LumiNova. A double-domed sapphire crystal AR-coated on the inside sits above a vibrant orange dial. An outer minute chapter ring surrounds the black outlined disc, and the triangle indexes are coated in BGW9 lume, marking the hours. At 6 o’clock, a round colour-matched date window. Black outlined sword hands are filled with the same BGW9 lume and complemented by an arrow point sweeping second hand. At noon, we have the Helm motif, and at 6 o’clock, ‘Divers 300M Automatic’ completes this rugged, colourful professional dive watch. On the reverse, a solid screw-down case back, deeply engraved and embossed with the watch's details. Inside an automatic Seiko Cal. NH35, 24 jewels, 21,600 beats per hour; the movement has hacking, quick-set date and hand-winding for your convenience. It comes paired with its 22mm Helm brushed stainless steel bracelet, secured by a signed fliplock deployant clasp; all links are included, along with two additional straps.
