Points of Mention
This watch is sold with its original AnOrdain travel case with original AnOrdain paperwork. The watch comes with its original 18mm quick-release leather strap with a signed buckle plus an additional AnOrdain suede strap in the box. The watch is from August 2020 and is sold in a worn condition but is overall very good, with some marks to the case, as you can see in the photos. A full polish can be done at an additional cost. The watch comes with our 12-Months NON-Waterproof Warranty.

The Watch
Here we have a 2020 AnOrdain Model 2 White Enamel "Medium" Manual with a polished 36mm stainless steel case that gently curves over your wrist with thick tapered lugs, and a lug-to-lug length of 42.5mm and a case thickness of 11mm to ensure a comfortable fit. On the right side is a recessed signed push/pull crown protected by crown guards, a smooth polished bezel that holds a double-domed sapphire crystal protected by 6 layers of AR coating above a stunning white enamel dial. The Vitreous Enamel is applied onto a copper base and takes up to 12 hours to complete by a master enameler, large blue outlined numerals and batons marking the hours, the printed numerals and indices are inspired by the cartographic maps of the highlands. Elegant skeletonised thermally blued and polished syringe hands are a new in-house design to this watch and resemble a fountain pen completing this mesmerising two-hander. At 12 o’clock we have the AnOrdain motif and at 6 o’clock “Vitreous Enamel”. On the reverse a screw-down case back with a cartographic engraving of the UK, inside a manually wound Sellita SW210-1, 19 jewels, beating at 28,800 beats per hour, the movement has hand winding and hacking seconds for your convenience. The watch comes paired with an 18mm AnOrdain quick-release leather strap made in Germany with a signed pin buckle plus an additional AnOrdain suede strap in the box, and the watch comes with its AnOrdain presentation box and paperwork.
Personal Note
When you think of AnOrdain you think of Enamel, this "Model 2" is the epitome of AnOrdain in my mind, beautiful white dial with blue accents, perfectly proportioned at 36mm with a chunky lug design and quite fittingly it has an engraving of the UK on the case back... If you are after an AnOrdain you'll know that they are all sold-out and all on waiting lists, so that makes this gem even better as you can pick it up right now for a steal!
The Brand
AnOrdain was created by Glaswegian Architecture graduate Lewis Heath. Heath’s idea was to set up a workshop and start up a watch brand to master the art of Enamel dial making in the Vitreous ``grand feu” tradition. The brand is named after Highland Loch.
