This watch is sold as a full set and comes with its original Omega box and paperwork. The watch comes paired on its original Omega strap with its signed buckle. The watch is from March 2019 and is sold in worn but very fair condition as you can see, worn a handful of times at most. The watch comes with our 12-Months NON-Waterproof Warranty.
Formerly known as the La Generale Watch Co. it was founded by Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1848. In 1903, they renamed the company Omega until 1982 when they officially changed their name to Omega SA. They are part of the Swiss Swatch Group.
This 2019 Omega Seamaster Specialities City Editions London, celebrates the illustrious history and fascinating architecture found throughout London. This Omega Seamaster was sold exclusively in their London Boutique limited to 399 pieces.
The 39.5mm polished and brushed stainless steel case curves and twists towards its lugs. A lug to lug length of 44mm and a thickness of 12mm gives the watch an impressive wrist presence. On the right side is an onion-style signed crown. A fine polished bezel holds a domed sapphire crystal AR coated on both sides for excellent viewing angles. The attractive domed fumé deep blue lacquered dial reminds us of the vintage pie pan dials commonly used by Omega. Elegantly applied dagger indexes sit inside the outer edge made of 18k white gold. At 6 o’clock a date window. Slender leaf hands made of 18k white gold are complemented by a sweeping tapered second hand. As you rotate your wrist the dial shimmers magically in the light. At 12 o’clock an applied Omega and motif made from 18k white gold. Text is precisely printed. On the reverse, a screwed-down exhibition case back. Around the grey outer edge, we have an iconic cityscape of London that has been laser-engraved, including Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and Westminster Abbey. Inside an Automatic Omega Co-Axial Cal. 8800. This Master Chronometer was approved by METAS, ”Swiss National Metrology Institute”. The watch goes through COSC certification before being selected for the eight tests run by METAS. The movement is Rhodium-plated decorated with Geneva waves. The watch comes fitted on its Omega 20mm blue leather strap with a signed buckle and also comes with its Omega presentation box and papers.
