The Watch

Here we have a 2018 Halios Seaforth III Pastel Blue ETA 2824-2 with a 40mm stainless steel case that curves over your wrist with thick tapered flat-ended lugs, a lug-to-lug length of 46.5mm, and a case thickness of 12mm giving the watch an impressive wrist presence. Polished chamfered edges and brushed surfaces transition with crisp edges, on the right side is a signed screw-down crown that has deep knurling for extra grip protected by crown guards. A smooth bezel holds a domed vintage-style sapphire crystal above a matte Pastel Blue dial, and an outer minute track has applied black outlined baton indexes infilled with Super-LumiNova BGW9 marking the hours, at 6 o’clock a date window. Rounded black outlined baton hands are tipped with luminance and complemented by a sweeping second hand, at 12 o'clock we have the Halios motif with Seaforth printed underneath. On the reverse, a screw-down case back, inside an automatic ETA 2824-2, 25 jewels, beating at 28,800 beats per hour, this workhorse movement has hand winding and hacking seconds for your convenience. The watch comes paired with its 20mm brown suede strap.

Halios is a brand that produces utterly beautiful watches, this Seaforth III in Pastel Blue is the perfect example of that! Whilst the dial is no doubt what will draw you to this watch, the case is beautifully finished with striking lines and angles, the movement is a workhorse and the size is perfect on almost all wrists! This is a great all-around watch beyond just a great dial colour, so don't hesitate to snap it up!
