The watch is from August 2017 and is in fantastic condition as you can see from the photos, likely worn only a handful of times altogether. The Watch

Founded in 2005 by Mike France, Peter Ellis, and Christopher Ward they started the world's first online-only watch brand. July 2nd, 2014 saw the announcement to a genuinely astonishing watch industry of their in-house movement, Calibre SH21, the first commercially viable mechanical movement from a British watch brand in over 50 years.

Our Christopher Ward C8 Pilot has a 38mm sandblasted stainless steel round case. The lugs taper with a lug to lug length of 46mm for a comfortable fit on your wrist. On the right side is an onion signed crown in keeping with its vintage aesthetic. Its deep knurling makes gripping for adjusting a breeze. The sloping bezel is also sandblasted. A flat sapphire crystal AR coated protects the black matte dial. An outer minute track with an inverted red triangle at 12 o’clock. Applied Arabic numerals 12, 3, 6, and 9 with the other numerals painted indexes mark the hours, coated in Superluminova BGW9. At 3 o’clock a framed date window. Both the hour spade hand and slender minute hand have Superluminova BGW9 infill. A red sweeping seconds hand adds some colour to the dial. On the reverse, a screw-down case back with the blades from the Farnborough wind tunnel (used in aerodynamic research, 5 wind tunnels are housed in 3 listed buildings on the site) embossed in the center. Inside a Sellita SW200, 26 Jewels, 28,800 beats per hour. Fitted on its original 22mm leather strap with a signed buckle.
