This watch is sold with its original Glashutte box & Glashutte paperwork. The watch comes paired with its original Glashutte Original leather strap and signed buckle. The watch is from October 2016 and is sold in worn condition, however, as you can see from the photos it is in superb condition for its age. The watch comes with our 12-Months NON-Waterproof Warranty.

The Watch

Glashutte launched the Senator Excellence collection at Baselworld in 2016. It’s 40mm polished and satin-finished stainless steel case has a slim profile and elegant tapering curved lugs. The slim bezel holds a slightly curved sapphire crystal. AR coating has been applied to both sides helping to reduce reflections. Its black dial has a grainy texture, Arabic numerals and baton markers are laser-cut and galvanised in white. An outer rail track with minutes highlighted in white. The piore (pear) hands with a center seconds hand that has the double-G logo as a counterweight. On the reverse a screw-down exhibition case back. Inside Automatic Glashutte Original Cal. 36, this movement is made in collaboration with Niravox. It has a silicon balance spring giving it anti-magnetic properties and also resilient to temperature fluctuations and corrosion. It has fewer parts and instead of a ratchet wheel or detent click, it uses a system of 3 wheels at 3 different levels which engage directly with the barrel functioning as transmitters of energy and as a ratchet. The movement is their first to be tested in house in 6 positions an extra position to the testing done for COSC certification. The movement is decorated with Glashutte stripes, blue screws and its iconic 21k gold edged double-G skeletonised rotor. Fitted on its Glashutte 20mm leather strap with signed deployment.
