A smooth, polished bezel holds a domed AR-coated sapphire crystal on both sides above a crisp galvanised white, multilayered dial. An outer minute chapter ring has a red indicator and a house silhouette at 3 o’clock to highlight your home hour; the capital cities of the world sit behind the 24-hour GMT disc. Elegant rhodium-plated steel stick hands are complemented by sub-seconds at 6 o’clock, and at 12 o’clock, we have the Nomos motif completing this dynamic travelling companion. On the reverse, a screwed-down exhibition case back showcases the in-house automatic Nomos Cal. DUW5201, 26 jewels, a bidirectional skeletonised rotor, a world-time mechanism, Rhodium-plated surfaces, perfectly decorated with blued screws, Glashütte stripes and NOMOS perlage. The watch comes paired with a 20mm Horween shell cordovan leather strap and polished signed pin buckle, and the watch comes with its Nomos presentation box, travel case and Nomos paperwork.

Points of Mention

This watch is sold with its original Nomos box and Nomos paperwork. The watch comes paired with a 20mm Horween shell cordovan leather strap and polished, signed pin buckle. The watch is from August 2015 and is sold in worn condition, but overall it is in very fair condition, as you can see, a case refurb can be provided at an additional cost. The watch comes with our 12-Months NON-Waterproof Warranty.

Personal Note

The very latest Nomos Worldtimer has taken the collecting community by storm, and rightfully so, it is a fantastic watch, but we mustn't forget previous Worldtimers by Nomos like this brilliant Zürich Worldtimer, reference 805, in 40mm. Less sporty and more formal than the new release, this offers a brilliant option for the regular traveller out there who wants something easy to use and wear. Even if you don't travel often, there is no denying the fun of flicking through the world time function. I would not hesitate to add this watch to your collection today; it won't disappoint!

About Nomos

Nomos was founded in 1990, just after the reunification of Germany happened with the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the USSR. Based in the Glashutte region, it takes inspiration from the Bauhaus design movement. To have Glashutte on the dial, Nomos has to meet very strict quality standards. They must create at least 50 % of the watch calibre in Glashutte to receive the title of being a true Glashutte watch. They only use in-house manufactured movements, built up to 95% in the region, surpassing that requirement.
