This watch is sold with its original Zenith paperwork, Zenith service pouch is provided. The watch comes paired on a well-suited Fears Goat Leather with its original Zenith deployment clasp. The watch is from March 2009 and is sold in worn condition, but overall very good as it has been polished prior to sale. The Watch

Zenith was founded in 1865 by 22-year-old watchmaker Georges Favre-Jacot. Their manufacturing was based in Le Locle Switzerland. Famous Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen, who was the first person to reach the South Pole in 1911 and the North Pole in 1926, wore Zenith watches on his expeditions. In 1999 Zenith was purchased by LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) joining brands like TAG and Hublot. Zenith is one of the only Swiss manufacturers to still produce their own in-house movements.

This 2009 Zenith Elite Port Royal V has a highly polished stainless steel case. Thick slightly tapered drilled lugs make strap swapping a breeze. A lug to lug length of 43mm and a thickness of just 8mm ensures the watch has a comfortable fit on the wrist. On the right side is a signed crown. The flat polished bezel holds a sapphire crystal AR coated for better viewing angles. A white dial has an outer minute track with applied numeral indexes marking the hours. At 3 o’clock a framed date window. At 9 o’clock a small seconds register. An inner circle with a block pattern adds dimension and interest to the dial. Slender sword hands complete this sophisticated watch. Text is precisely printed. On the reverse, a screw-down exhibition case back. Inside an Automatic Zenith Cal. 680, 26 jewels, 28,800 beats per hour. The movement has hacking and quick-set date functionality for your convenience. First introduced at Baselworld in 1994, it was used in their Elite “Série 6” collection. This was Zenith's first use of modern computer-aided design (CAD) to create this movement. The watch comes fitted on a 20mm leather strap with a signed buckle and comes with its Zenith papers and a Zenith service pouch.
