A 2003 Heuer Carrera GMT 1964 Re-Edition Reference WS2113, a beautifully understated tribute to the golden era of Heuer’s motorsport-inspired watchmaking. Its wonderfully proportioned 35mm stainless steel case captures the elegance of the original 1960s Carrera design, complete with sharply faceted lugs, a classic Heuer-signed crown and a striking black dial featuring a contrasting 24-hour GMT scale. The slender red-tipped GMT hand adds a subtle flash of colour and welcome everyday practicality, while the proven Swiss ETA 2893-2 automatic movement provides dependable mechanical performance. Description

Here we have an elegant 2003 Heuer Carrera GMT 1964 Re-Edition Auto Reference WS2113. It features a classic, high-polished 35mm stainless steel case that beautifully captures the golden era of motorsport horology. Sharp, faceted lugs comfortably sit on your wrist and lead to a lug-to-lug length of 43.5mm and a case thickness of 10.5mm, giving the watch an authentic vintage aesthetic and immense mid-century charm. On the right side, a polished crown features the classic Heuer crest. A thin, smooth polished bezel holds a curved sapphire crystal above a striking galvanic black dial. Crisp, applied Arabic numerals and baton indices and a printed outer minutes track mark the hours, while a distinct inner 24-hour GMT scale stands out in high-contrast white Arabic numerals. Polished stick hands are filled with luminous material and are complemented by a slender, red-tipped GMT hand for tracking a second time zone. At 3 o’clock, a colour-matched date window sits perfectly framed, and at noon, the historic printed Heuer motif completes this sophisticated vintage-revival design. On the reverse, a solid screwed-down case back proudly bears its unique serial number UE7382, sealing inside an automatic ETA Cal. 2893-2 movement beating at 28,800 beats per hour. The watch comes with its original Heuer 19mm black leather strap secured by its original Heuer-signed pin buckle, along with its Heuer presentation box and paperwork.

Points of Mention

This watch is sold with its original Heuer Classics box (flaking as usual) and paperwork. It comes paired with its 19mm black leather strap and its original Heuer-signed buckle. The watch is from October 2003 and is sold in worn condition, but overall, it is in fair condition, as you can see. We can provide a full case and buckle refurbishment at an additional cost. The watch comes with our 12-Months NON-Waterproof Warranty.

Personal Note

I think this represents outrageous value for money, especially when you consider just how good the design is and the history behind the Carrera collection. The 35mm case, beautifully faceted lugs, and wonderfully clean black dial capture everything I love about vintage Heuer, but with the added practicality of a GMT complication. For me, this is one of those overlooked neo-vintage gems that offers an incredible amount of watch for relatively little money. A fantastic design, brilliant proportions, and that iconic Heuer name on the dial, what's not to love? Snap it up and add it to your collection today!
