1970s Near New Old Stock Jubilee by Longines-Wittnauer

Here we have a quintessential 1970s Near New Old Stock Jubilee by Longines-Wittnauer, with a 31mm polished Chrome Tonneau-shaped case, the chamfered edge leads to covered lugs for a seamless profile and a case thickness of 10mm, the lug-to-lug length of 36mm ensures a comfortable fit on your wrist. On the right side is a coin-edged push/pull crown. A thin bezel holds a domed crystal above a blue crosshair dial with alternate vertical and horizontal brushing, creating a two-tone effect when you rotate your wrist. White-painted numeral and baton indices mark the hours, elegant white leaf hands are complemented by a tapered second hand, and at noon, you find the Jubilee motif and “Swiss” on the bottom edge. On the reverse, a stainless steel case back with instructions on how to remove the movement inside a manually wound Cal. 601, 17 jewels movement. The watch comes paired with a well-suited aftermarket 16mm leather strap and is sold with its original Jubilee presentation box and unsigned paperwork.
