A very elegant 18ct yellow gold 37mm case with sloping lugs, the size making this a "Jumbo" and incredibly rare. Slightly domed original Omega crystal protects a sunburst silver dial, gold and black baton hour markers surround slim baton gold and black hands with centre sweeping seconds hand. The date at 3 o’clock position. Inside we have an Automatic Omega Chronometer Cal.564 24 jewels beating at 19800 beats per hour. A great choice of movement as the Seamaster line typically did not feature a Chronometer movement, this puts it within the realm of the Constellations of that period. Fitted on a 19mm black leather strap and gold plated buckle.
Points of Mention
This watch is sold as "Watch Only" and comes with no original Omega box or original Omega paperwork, it does come with its Omega Extract of the Archives. The watch comes paired on a non-Omega leather strap with non-Omega buckle. The watch is in vintage condition but is incredible, great dial condition and case condition. The watch has been serviced by Omega and was cleaned by them, polished and case refinished to a very high standard.
This is an incredibly rare watch! Occasionally you will see a Stainless Steel Jumbo like this pop-up but to see an original 18ct Yellow Gold model in such great condition, it is not the kind of watch you will see pop up again, not anytime soon anyway! I wouldn't wait on this one.
