This watch is sold as watch only and therefore comes with no original Oris box or original Oris paperwork. The watch comes paired on an aftermarket 16mm strap, this is not an Oris strap. This watch is from Circa. 1950s and is in worn condition, please see photos. It is classified as a vintage watch, the movement has been serviced and a 3-month warranty will be provided. With these lower Jewel movements, incredible accuracy should not be expected, 30/50 seconds a day is common.
The Watch
Oris has been producing watches since 1904 in the town of Holstein Switzerland. A fine 31mm chrome-plated case. Acrylic crystal covers an elegant silver dial with applied gold coloured Arabic numerals and an inside minute track. Slim pencil hands are complimented with a sub-seconds dial at the 6 o’clock position. Stainless steel screw-down case back protects the Manual wind Oris Cal.451 7 jewels 18,000 beats per hour movement. Fitted on a 16mm brown leather strap.
