Direnzo was founded in 2016 by Sergio Godoy Di Renzo an architect by trade he decided to take a watch design course for some fun. Moving to Geneva, Switzerland. Their first watches pay homage to his grandfather who raced sports cars in the 1940s and 50s. The sleek designs of these sports cars inspired him, later plane design became his inspiration. All the time looking to expand the creative envelope of materials and durability.

Releasing his watches through a Kickstarter campaign in 2017 achieving full funding in just 4 hours. His second campaign reached its target in less than a minute. Confident in his abilities and able to build a strong team around him he launched his website and continues to see great success in his designs.
