1940s Mido Multifort Extra Super Automatic 33.5mm Grey Dial

My collecting style is driven by aesthetics, don't get me wrong, I can appreciate a movement and geek out over a Valjoux 72, but if the design doesn't speak to me, it isn't going to be in my collection. This Mido is possibly one of my 'prettiest' watches I own, and aged to perfection, to the point where I wear it on the odd occasion, as I don't want to damage it or knock it too hard, and some of the lume falls out of the hands. Silly, I know, but I really do feel more like a lucky caretaker of this watch than its 'owner', and I want to keep it how it is. Whilst this will never be an 'expensive' watch, it is deserving of all the care and attention of a watch 100x its value in my opinion!
