I feel very honoured to be able to offer a Jeager-Le Coultre for sale on the website, this isn't any JLC either! This is a beautiful 18K Yellow Gold JLC from 1963 powered by the Cal. 800/C and the entire watch coming in at 9mm thick and as the caseback states it was also Patent Pending! The watch is paired on a Crocodile by JB Champion and looks incredible again the gold case and crisp white dial, wears perfectly on the wrist and being 34mm it makes for the most perfect dress watch! And it is a watch that those who know, will definitely know!
The long and elegant lugs allow for a great wrist presence and add to the clean aesthetic. If you are looking for the perfect dress watch I would very easily say look no further!
This BOLDR is by no means a small watch that will fit under the cuff of your suit jacket, but if you're looking at purchasing this watch I will go out on a whim and say that is probably not what you are buying it for! This awesome microrband has provided the watch with an ever reliable Seiko NH35, this has given them the confidence of knowing a great movement is inside allowing them to focus on design. Which is done amazingly! This is piece numer 44/500. This watch is in as good as new condition, no marks or signs of wear on even the strap!
Brand Name. How much does it mean to you? This watch offers everything you could want in a vintage watch... Incredible design, well thought out case dimensions and arguably most importantly, a very reliable movement, in this case it is the ETA 2789-1! I purchased this watch in 2017 and enjoyed my time with it, it was a true test to myself as a collector as I realised that I hold very little to brand name, sure it's nice to look down at your wrist and see that iconic crown. But at the end of the day you look down at your wrist and smile as you will NEVER see another one of these out there on another wrist!
I am proud to offer this for sale. Now don't be fooled by a limited edition run of "Only 10,000 Pieces" and instead treat yourself to this watch which you will very likely never see again online and most definitely will never see on another wrist! Now that's "Limited"!
Points of Mention
This watch has no service history though is working as it should and running nicely. The dial is very clean and the overall case condition is very good, showing typical signs of wear you'd expect for a vintage watch, however the gold plating is holding strong! The watch is paired on a Tissot leather strap with a gold tone buckle, suits the watch beautifully!
This watch will test you as a collector on how much you value brand name, this brand is a true unknown brand that I cannot find anything on (If you can do let me know!), but yet offers everything you could possibly want in a vintage watch. Great design, great size and a very reliable movement, it has a damn ETA in! So if you are a true collector we all know this is a no-brainer.
Very excited to bring this beautiful vintage Longines from 1953 with a beautiful white dial! The condition of this one is out of this world and truly looks incredible, as you can see it wears on the wrist like a glove, truly works! Wears so thin to the wrist with it's hand wound cal 27.0, the gold indices and hands really play with the light so well. This is one of those vintages watches you will get and not be able to part with for a LONG time it is that good. The watch speaks for itself, though if you have any questions just email me! Or just buy it and not regret pulling the trigger quick enough.
Here we have my first Omega Chronostop of the store and it definitely won't be the last! The case dimensions of this watch are perfect and it really feels great on the wrist, plus the fact that you are getting a great looking Omega with a brilliant movement for WAY less than a standard Speedmaster or even a gold Seamaster is insane! I truly believe the prices of these today we will look back on and wonder why we didn't buy more and put them in the safe!
Here we have a beautiful Sicura from the 1970s/80s that could easily be listed as NOS (New Old Stock) as the condition is incredible! This watch was probably initially sold as a ladies, I believe this due to the amazing blue crystal and the shape of the case. Talking about the case it is very unusual and something I have never seen before, the case actually tapers down to 23mm at the bottom and up to 26mm at the very top!
It runs a nice manual wound movement and has no second hand which gives it a very clean design, I truly think this would look amazing on any ladies wrist but also great on a guys wrist if you have the confidence to pull it off! The size will definitely support all wrist sizes.
Clean, classic and honest! 3 things that are becoming increasingly difficult to get all in one with a vintage Tudor, especially an Oyster! Here we have the reference 7803 with a beautiful egg shell dial, gold numerals and hands with a beautiful contrasting blued second hand! Original "Oyster Patent" crown and the lovely Tudor rose inside the iconic Tudor Crown at 12o'clock! You really are getting the best of both logos with this one.
ROLF. Never heard or seen a watch named ROLF... But the moment you look at that dial you don't even care anymore, it could say McDonalds and I'd still wear this! (That's true!) The dial has beautiful concentric circles in the centre, applied gold indices and numeral with incredible matching hands! The movement has a lovely brass tone and finished nicely. I'm yet to find any fault with this beauty! If this had Omega on it, it would easily be a £1000 watch in my eyes!
