Edouard Heuer founded The Heuer Watch Company in 1860 in St. Imier, Switzerland. Our TAG Heuer Targa Floria Chronograph CX2110 was released in 2001 and marketed as a tribute to the famous Italian open-road endurance race through the mountains of Sicily. Founded in 1906 it was the oldest sports car event.
Inspired by the Heuer Flieger of the 1930s. The 40.5mm round stainless steel polished case has gently curved lugs. Square pushers and a large signed crown can be found along the right side. A polished stepped coin-edged bezel holds a raised plexiglass crystal. The matte black dial has Arabic numeral indexes coated in luminescence mark the hours. At 6 o’clock a date window. At 3 o’clock a 60 seconds register, at 9 o’clock 30 minutes register. Slender sword hands with an arrowhead chronograph hand coated in luminescence. Text is nicely printed and balanced on the dial. On the reverse, a screwed-down case back with Targa Floria and TAG Heuer engraved into it. Inside an Automatic ETA 2894-2, 37 Jewels, 28,800 beats per hour. Fitted on a 22mm leather strap with a signed buckle.

This watch is sold with its original TAG Heuer box, no original paperwork is presented with the watch. The watch comes paired on a black leather strap that suits the watch perfectly, the original TAG Heuer signed buckle is provided with the watch. The watch is from Circa. 2001 and is in worn condition, but overall very good as you can see. The watch comes with our 12-Months NON-Waterproof Warranty.
A far more unknown reference from the TAG Heuer offering, one that will definitely surprise you in its design and execution, it's incredible. Whilst some people will never get over the words "TAG" on the watch, this is for those who aren't so snobbish and can appreciate the watch for what it is!
