Bueche Girod was a small watchmaking company founded in 1947 by Vital Bueche and his wife Girod. Despite its modest size, as a master watchmaker, Vital Bueche was well-known for producing excellent movements and had many patents.
A beautifully presented ultra-slim 9ct Gold dress watch. 32mm case with finely etched Hour Roman numerals on the bezel. Elegant Dauphine hands sit on a gold dial. The case back has the necessary hallmarks for 9ct gold. Inside we have a Swiss Quartz movement. Fitted on a fine hinged 4 diamond setting black leather strap.
Points of Mention
This watch is sold as "Watch Only" and therefore comes with no original box or original paperwork. The watch comes paired on a fitted strap, it is not the original but fits perfectly. The watch is in worn condition but is overall very good, see the photos. The watch is running well as you would expect with the battery recently being replaced.
This Bueche-Girod offers a ton of value as a 9ct Yellow Gold dress watch, classic styling, quartz with no second hand keeping it clean and simple, diamonds in the lugs! It is a great looking watch, thankfully for not a great amount of money for what you get!
