Points of Mention

This watch is sold with its original Tudor box and Tudor paperwork. The watch comes paired on its original Tudor stainless steel Oyster bracelet. The guarantee is signed in October 2019 and therefore the watch is still under its manufacture warranty. The watch is in worn condition, but as you can see from the photos, is overall very well maintained and no serious signs of wear.

The Watch

The Tudor Black Bay 36 model was first introduced at BaselWorld in 2016. At 36mm it may appear small in today’s watches reaching 44mm, but once on your wrist, you begin to appreciate the dimensions and the oyster case shape sits perfectly. It has a stainless steel case, with polished sides and satin-finished top surfaces that are executed above its weight in terms of mirror shine and transition lines. A polished bezel giving it a clean aesthetic that is pleasing to the eye.  On the right side, a screw-down crown with its signed rose and aluminum tube assembly which when unscrewed the crown sits prominently.  Flat sapphire crystal sits above a glossy black dial with applied steel indexes and batons mark the hours. It is both minimalist and functional. Snowflake hands liberally coated in Superluminova give off a blue radiance when charged. On the back, we have a closed case back, inside an automatic ETA 2824 which features 25 jewels and beats at 28,800 beats per hour at true workhorse of a movement. Fitted on its original 19mm Tudor Oyster bracelet that has the same polished and satin finishes as the case.

Personal Note

Another watch that sold before it could even hit the website! I have a little backlog of people wanting these, so if you do please do get in contact so I can add you to the list! Having owned a BB36 personally for a while it will always have a soft spot in my heart, I always have to show restraint and not keep one when they come through! The new owner will be very happy with this fantastic watch.
