This watch is sold with its original Brellum box and paperwork. The watch comes paired with a nice-fitting 22mm Milanese mesh bracelet plus an additional 22mm leather strap with its original signed buckle. The watch is from October 2018 and is sold in worn condition, but overall this is in fantastic, original condition as you can see. The watch comes with our 12-Months Warranty.

The Watch

Brellum was founded in 1910 by the Muller family based in the Jura mountains, Switzerland. Today this independent company is run by fourth-generation Sébastien Muller, a watchmaker with over 25 years of experience in the watch-making industry. Their brand name is made up of his family name backwards and the letter B from his home town Bonfal in Latin the word Bellum stands for battle or war, their brand motif is the mythical beast, the Wyvern.

Here we have a 2018 Brellum Duobox Pandial Chronograph DB.CH.322 with a 42.5mm stainless steel case, inspired by their chronographs of the past with many elements combined with modern aesthetics. The curve of the case tapered towards the lugs with a lug-to-lug length of 51.5mm and a case thickness of 16mm giving the watch an impressive wrist presence, polished and brushed surfaces transition with crisp edges. Down the right side, we have the chronograph pushers and a signed crown in the centre. The black Tachymetre scaled bezel holds a box-shaped sapphire crystal above a striking meteor grey Pandial, an outer telemetre scale rings a 60-minute track with applied baton indexes that have a chamfered lume pip marking the hours. At 12 o’clock a black 30-minute register, at 6 o’clock a black 12-hour register with the framed date window and finally at 9 o’clock a black continuous seconds register. Slender steel polished sword hands infilled with SuperLuminova complemented by a tapered chronograph hand, at 3 o’clock we find the applied Brellum motif and text precisely printed underneath. On the reverse, a screwed-down exhibition case back, inside an Automatic Cal. BR-750-1, 25 jewels, 28,800 beats per hour, the movement has a base Valjoux 7750 movement, COSC Chronometer Officially Certified. The watch comes fitted on its 22mm Milanese mesh stainless steel bracelet plus an additional 22mm Brellum leather strap and folding clasp, the watch also comes with its box and paperwork.

This is the first Brellum we have had the privilege of stocking and I am blown away, the build quality, design and overall feel on and off the wrist truly appear far more than the retail price would make you believe.
