This watch is sold with its original Roidor box, no paperwork is provided. The watch comes paired on a well-suited black leather strap. The Watch
Here we have a classic 1964 9ct Gold Roidor Precision. A fine 9ct gold 32mm case made by BWC British Watch Case Company London, who made cases for Rolex at one time. Slim lugs with a lug to lug length of 40mm and a thickness of 9mm ensures a comfortable fit on the wrist. On the right side, the original crown. A thin bezel holds a domed crystal above a white dial. Gilt Arabic numerals mark the hours. At 6 o’clock a sub-seconds register. Elegant gold pencil hands complete this understated dress watch, very similar appearance to a Tudor of the same time period. On the reverse, a snap-off 9ct gold case back. Inside a Manually Wound FHF 70. The watch comes fitted on a 16mm leather strap. Comes with its original Roldor presentation box.
Personal Note
A super simple and elegant watch from a brand most people have never heard of, I find something quite refreshing in that? The fact this has a "BWC" case is a great plus and is what a lot of higher brands at the time were using, the movement is a reliable and well-made movement, all in all, this is a lot of watch for the money.
